Returns
- Thank you for shopping with us. At this moment we are unable to fulfill any returns or exchanges.
- We understand accidents happen. If your items arrive damage during transit, please email us at shoplovelyinteriors@gmail.com. Proof is needed within 7 days of delivery with an attached photo and your order number. We will replace or exchange your item.
- Promo codes cannot be added after checking out.
- All clearance items are FINAL SALE.
- Currently, if your order has already been shipped, we cannot stop shipment. Please read all details to be certain before purchasing.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Once the shipping label is created you will receive an email confirming your order. This email will contain a tracking number to track the status of your shipment and delivery.
- When placing your order, please be sure to enter the correct address in the shipping section. If your package is sent back to us as “return to sender” you are responsible to repay shipping in order to have your package sent out again.
- After your package has been delivered to the correct address. We are not held responsible for lost and stolen packages.
